Lobster & Carolina Gold
One of our favorite ways to serve rice! We make a lobster bisque and fold it into the cooked rice with Smoked Butter. The Lobster is poached gently and picked up in a pan, finished by brushing Salsa Macha Oil and placed on top of the rice. 🌼
