Leilani’s career is defined by a commitment to clinical excellence and education. As a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists and a longtime Clinical Instructor, she brings a deep understanding of joint mobility and movement system analysis to our practice.

Basically, you’re in very good hands. 🙌

When she’s not in the clinic mentoring the next generation of PTs or helping her patients move better, you can find her out on the golf course or honing her skills at the range. ⛳️🎯

We’re so happy to welcome Dr. Rachel Gonzalez to the OPPT family! Rachel brings over 10 years of experience as a physical therapist and truly believes in meeting people where they are and helping them move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. Her journey into PT started as a collegiate soccer player at St. Edward’s— after multiple ACL injuries changed her path, but also sparked her passion for helping others through movement and recovery. When she’s not in the clinic, Rachel is busy keeping up with her three kids and husband, and enjoys Pilates, hiking, and traveling.
