-Meet Bo my dog. I recently loss my last poodle Mia. He is lonely but he will get a sister soon. Bo-Bo is what we call him.
- My new pen/pencil holder. I love the saying and when I grab a pen, I can remind my self of the saying.

Before We Go...

Sometimes, the men we love don't say when something is wrong. The doctor appointment gets pushed back, the symptoms get ignored and the fatigue gets explained away as "just being tired."

This month, as we focused on Black Men's Health, one message stayed with us:
-Don't assume he's okay.
-A simple conversation, a quick text, or asking "How are you really doing?" can make a difference.

Because we don't just want the men in our lives to be strong. We want them to be here.
