Music is just what the doctor ordered! A group of Austin physicians formed this volunteer choir, Docs’ Noteworthy Ensemble, to give the gift of music, and find their own joy in singing.
Since 2017, they’ve entertained at retirement homes and now perform concerts. Choir Director Lee Frierson-Stroud says, “Music is healing both physically and spiritually. We see the joy it creates!” The choir is part of the Travis County Medical Society's Physician Wellness Program.
