Operations is a broad term and when I tell folx this is my work I get those looks. 👀

You know the ones where it's a "huh ok cool" and some ask follow up questions and some just let it go.

The work I do in operations is about the way your business runs today and tomorrow as well as with and without you. This is important! Your business needs to be able to run without you in all the details to be sustainable long term.

This means process development and refinement, tech audits and automation, and ensuring you have the right team and they are set up to succeed.

Call it what you want but my life's work is to make sure all the people who touch the organization are impacted in a positive way.

From founders and leadership to admins to marketing and of course the clients.

I recently got officially certified and I am so proud of this moment!

It's about so much more than just a certificate or recognition for the business. This is really about pride in my identity and living openly in my truth.
