A wildly low effort way to share what I’m doing to make the most of the lion’s gate portal. BUT GUESS WHAT, I’m busy cleaning okay

I can be hard on myself in seasons where it feels like I’m not “getting enough accomplished.” And as REAL as that has felt recently, that’s not true.

I have a desire to celebrate myself for some of the amazing things I have done this month:

- Read THREE books: Radical Healership, The 7 Spiritual Laws of Success & Big Magic (the last two for the second time)

- Graduated from my second training with in Ojai, California

- Recorded a 4-part ‘BREATH’ freebie & built out the backend systems & copy that truly feel like ME

- Officiated a wedding for one of my dearest friends here in Austin

- Hosted a workshop devoted to Love & Money, and let my intuition speak to all 15 of the beautiful souls in attendance — live & on the recording

- Dealt with the logistics of totaling my car on the phone for hours & hours

- Tried (& failed) to buy a new car, which turned into: renting a car for a couple weeks

- Started my TikTok journey, posted a sh*t ton of videos, got some angry comments for being too positive (so it goes), & officially made some $$$

- Been in deep contemplation around how I truly want to share my gifts with the world, and how I can have a greater impact of service through my business model

- Conversed & auditioned with some amazing studios in Austin about regularly hosting breathwork sessions

- Started my second 6-week advanced bachata series which is my favorite part of Friday nights

- Built the outline of a 4-week digital course on Love & Money

- Dog mommed to the best boy w the biggest head

It’s easy to rag on yourself. It’s a lot harder to choose love & celebration when life feels heavy.

Choose love & celebration anyways.

Love & Money is my favorite energetic.

Not bc I’m perfect at it (I’m extremely *imperfect* actually), but because self-worth is the work of my life. It’s always revealing something new to me. New patterns to heal, new ways to love myself, new ways to express my soul in this lifetime.

And if I’ve learned anything about this topic, there are always more layers to heal 🫶

I’m not here to give you the answers. I’m here to guide you back to uuu so you can find them within yourself. That’s the point of this healing thing, to come home to the value you bring to your own life.

My favorite time of the day is my morning coffee 🫶

I am such a sucker for life’s micro moments. Slow mornings. Sunsets. Hammocks. Snuggling my bby doggie. A child laughing as they walk by. A phone call with my best friend.

The small moments in our lives make up the entirety of our lives. We rush rush rush & then we wonder why we’re deprived of joy. The backbone of joy is presence. We spend our lives missing out on SMILES and sips of coffee, how sad.

Life is simple — spend more time in presence & you will feel more joy. Be where you are & learn to love it. And if you don’t love it, change it. If you can’t change it, find more joy. If you can’t find more joy, find more presence & you will be brought back to joy.

We over complicate everything. Life is love.
