This week has some heavy hitters, including Citrus-Mint Shrimp & Quinoa, Marry Me Chicken, Pork Banh Mi Bowl, Ground Beef Birria, Hot Honey Ground Turkey, and a Melon & Prosciutto Spinach Salad that feels like summer in a bowl.

Breakfast is looking strong too: breakfast burritos, Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Breakfast Skillets, Peach Cobbler Protein Pancakes, English Muffin Breakfast Sandwiches, and Caprese Egg White Frittata.

Meal prep should make your week easier, not boring. Order a few meals, stock up on breakfast, or grab bulk items by the pound if you want to keep the fridge ready without thinking too hard.

Last week, we attended Austin’s Give Back Gig, a Visit Austin Foundation event that celebrates Austin’s culinary and hospitality community while bringing local chefs together with rising culinary students.

It was one of those events that reminds you why community matters.

At Corey’s Kitchen Corner, we believe food is more than convenience. It is care. It is connection. It is an opportunity to show up for people, support others, and be part of something bigger than your own kitchen.

As we continue growing here in central Texas, giving back and staying involved in the community will remain a priority for us. We are grateful to be part of a city that values food, hospitality, mentorship, and local impact.
