If you’re new here, I’m so glad you found me. I’ve spent decades teaching Pilates with one simple goal: to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay independent for life. Especially as we age, the way we move matters more than ever.


My approach is rooted in strength, balance, and longevity. Not extremes. Not quick fixes. Just intentional, effective movement that supports your body for the long run. I work with women 50+ who want to feel confident in their bodies again…to build strength without breaking themselves down…and to create a routine that actually lasts.
