Learning how to manage money, shop for basic needs, even cook a meal are things most people take for granted. For students with disabilities those skills can be difficult to perfect.
recognized this and designed classes specifically to help special needs students learn basic skills so that they can one day live independently. It is one of the many stories we were asked to highlight and it's another example of the great things happening in area school districts in our area.

Real World — Sweet T Media Learning real life lessons help the 18+ students achieve independence. At Cedar Park High School everything from shopping to cooking meals helps give students confidence and the skills necessary to succeed.
