All the italians will be rolling in thier graves with this one. So we have korean fried chicken with a gochujang pasta all'assasina some collea gouda and confit enoki mushrooms and eggplant. We do have a keto version available. To all the salty italians fa***lo a loro. **ktahtsgood

Got some new new on the menu. First we have our porkbelly yakisoba- braised pork belly deep fried tossed with yakisoba noodles, confited peppers, and veggies. Second we have our homeade tagliatelle pasta with milk braised pork in a black trumpet sauce with charred leaks and oyster mushrooms. 3rd Ducks are finally back we have peking duck breast with fried polenta, creamed spinach, roasted radishes, mushrooms, pickled parsnip and a hot honey cured egg yoke. 4th we have our crispy confit duck leg over black eyed peas, with yorkshire pudding, duck gravy, smoked rutabega, and pickled turnips.

We have a few new dishes this weekend. First we have a thai green curry with Cantonese style wanton(shrimp and pork), fried conserva oyster mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, bok choy, and tons of herbs. Second we fried brussel sprouts tossed in caramelized honey, with bacon, golden raisins, toasted almonds, and covered in brabander cheese. Seved with a healthy portion of sunchoke puree. Sadly we have officiallygottenrid of the gnocchi and the charred cabbage to make space for the new items. **kthatsgood

Goodbye ducks on to some new fun stuff. We have a few new items. To start we have our sweet chili pork shoulder crepe- galbi pork shoulder, tossed with cabbage, mushrooms, broccoli, and kimchi in a sweet chili sauce placed over kimchi aioli topped with a crepe drizzled with honey and smashed with herbs. Next up is our beef and roti- Braised beef cheeks, Trinidadian roti, Cucumber salad, vindaloo, and raita yogurt. New desserts are the dulce del leche chocolate tart topped with merengue and strawberry compote, espresso macaroons, and our banana pudding cake.
