Sarah and Saamiya Seraj are the founders of A Better Force, a professional development company that empowers individuals to lead and transform. After receiving the Project Rebuild grant in 2023, Sarah and Saamiya were able to invest in marketing tools, such as Canva and marketing education. This has allowed them to expand their company and launch a program this year called, "Find Your Voice". This eight month program will create a space for BIPOC to heal from racial trauma and find their voice in the community. Because of the Project Rebuild grant, Sarah and Saamiya have been able to promote their mission of empowering minorities and the local community. The Project Rebuild grant application is now OPEN!
