Meet Sky Realty agent Bryan Falk!

Bryan, originally from New York, moved to Austin 12 years ago. He fell in love with the city while witnessing the many changes the city and surrounding areas have gone through. He joined Sky this August and has been diligently working from day one.

Being an ambitious go-getter by nature, Bryan finds motivation in helping those around him. He strongly believes that “contributing to the betterment of the world will ensure a better environment for all” and finds overcoming challenges to be very rewarding. His favorite quote is “Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up,” (Thomas Edison) because it reminds him to stay positive and optimistic. “We never know what each day will bring,” Bryan adds, “ expect the unexpected, have high hopes, and never give up!”

When he is not working Bryan likes to spend his free time finding peace in the countless parks or trails that the city has to offer with his son. He is also a chef and loves going to local markets for rare food finds that he can turn into delicious recipes.

Mid-term elections impact Real Estate... Vote!

November 8, 2022, is Election Day. We will be voting for federal and state representatives, governors, mayors, school board members, judges, sheriffs, and more.

These are called mid-term elections because they are held in between presidential elections.

Voter turnout in years when there is a presidential election is only 50 percent to 60 percent of eligible voters. During the mid-term elections that turnout is around 40 percent. Yet the people who get elected in November will have an impact on our daily lives and on our real estate.

There is still time to get up to speed and learn about the candidates who are on your local ballot. Please vote on November 8 and encourage others to do the same. Each vote matters.
