Our sessions are designed to give you a total body workout through gymnastics, Olympic weight-lifting and metabolic conditioning. If you are a beginner, expert or just want to change up your normal routine then CrossFit is what youโve been waiting for. Safety and mechanics are taught first, intensity comes soon after.

๐ SoChac Spotlight: Adriana D
Adriana has been with our Legends class with Coach Amanda for over 2 years! She has been so consistent with attending classes since she started- and it shows! Her strength has improved, and she is able to run longer and faster! Adriana is friendly and encouraging to everyone in class and truly gives her best effort every day. Hereโs a little more about Adrianaโฆ
1. When and why did you join CrossFit SoChac?
When my daughter in law Sandra mentioned this Legends program to me back in 2024 ,I decided to join the class to improve functional longevity, mobility, and streght to be able to move around easily and play with my Grandkids .
2. What do you do for work and/or fun outside of the gym?
Am retired, but I love to walk , travel , spend time with my Grandkids, Family and get together with my friends for a glass of wine ๐ท
3. What is something you would like us to know about you?
That I LOVE LOVE TO DANCE ,And I LOVE COFFEE, and I collect Coffee Mugs โ๏ธ
4. What is your proudest achievement and/or changes you have noticed
Proud of been able now to do sit-ups ,push-ups lift weights ,I never thought I'd be able to really do that, now I feel like I no longer need assistance for some of my daily tasks .
5. What advice can you share with someone new looking to join?
Not to compare yourself with anyone.
Compete only with yourself.
Don't try to impress others .
Focus on long term health not the daily scoreboard.
And always remember that we THE LEGENDS need more recovery time .

This class is built around high-intensity workouts designed to push both your physical endurance and mental toughness. Each week, youโll take on a workout lasting 30+ minutes.
We encourage everyone to fully commit to the full 5 weeks alongside the rest of the group. Show up ready to work hard, embrace the challenge, and see what youโre capable of. ๐ช

This Memorial Day, we want to thank every athlete who participated in our Month of Heroes. ๐บ๐ธ
Over the past month, we came together to honor the brave veterans and fallen heroes who gave everything for our freedom. Each Saturday Hero Workout was dedicated to remembering the life and sacrifice of four service members whose legacy continues to inspire us.
These workouts were more than fitness. They were a reminder of courage, sacrifice, service, and gratitude.
