Coach & I are 𝗦𝗢 excited (and… slightly terrified 😂😂) for our upcoming first-ever Triathlon! We are joining forces to raise money for two local Austin nonprofits, 𝗢𝘂𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻 (), and 𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻 (). The big day where we'll be swimming, biking and running to the finish line is on 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟯𝟭𝘀𝘁. We appreciate your support on this upcoming fitness challenge and are incredibly thankful for any donation you can provide to the organizations that are truly doing the most important work.

HelloFit is all about fighting the good fight. We know today's world can be filled with a lot of hate so HelloFit chose two organizations that support minority groups who are too often victimized by hate.

𝗢𝘂𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻 promotes the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social well-being of sexual and gender minority youth so that they can openly and safely explore and affirm their identities.

𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻 works to educate, advocate for, and empower Asian and immigrant communities and survivors of gender-based violence, including sexual assault, trafficking, and domestic abuse. This includes mainstream system-level advocacy as well as services for individuals.
