Beach time is good for the soul. We all know the value of unplugging from the day to day chaos, but it's so easy to forget what this does for our health. Eight days in to my beach month... lots of fresh air, walks, and swims, my body is thanking me! Laughter, family time, catching up with friends is a huge bonus too. Even on my work days, I'm finding the time to move more and chill more. I'm keeping many in my prayers right now too and trying to remember that God is in the silence!
