Purpose of the page:

This page is intended as an open forum for Fitzsimons Credit Union, its members, and prospective members. While we do want to maintain an open forum, this page is a family friendly atmosphere, so we ask that you keep this in mind when posting. We also ask that you please follow our posting guidelines, as stated below. To protect our members’ privacy, we may ask you to send us appropriate details in a private channel such as email ([email protected]) to authenticate your identity. Please be aware that we cannot discuss personal and private matters in a public channel such as our Facebook wall or private message, so it may be necessary to utilize a different channel for certain requests. It is never our intention or hope to ban individuals from our page, but, should content become abusive, inflammatory, or inappropriate, we maintain the right to remove the offending content and block the users so as to allow for constructive and beneficial conversations.

- Solicitations and/or advertisements are not permitted.
- Content that contains any suggestion or encouragement of illegal activity is not permitted.
- Comments that vary greatly from the overall theme of a particular discussion thread may be subject to removal. Content that does not comply with the above may be removed or hidden from the page. We also reserve the right to ban an individual for violating our posting guidelines at any time. Examples of content we may remove:

Bullying
Personal Information
Employee Names
Profanity
Graphic, obscene, or racial comments
Infringing content
Defamatory statements
Behavior that may necessitate banning from the Fitzsimons Credit Union page includes, but is not limited to:
Bumping - Posts that serve to repeat existing content to bring them to the top of the wall or to “spam” the page. Repeated Violations - If you are found to repeatedly violate the content guidelines above, you may risk being banned. Fitzsimons Credit Union’s social media team is not equipped OR permitted to discuss or moderate discussions about any threatened or current litigation against the company. Communications of this nature must be conducted through secure and private channels. As a result, posts that mention specific litigation or threatened litigation will be prompted hidden and Fitzsimons Credit Union will not engage with them.
