The FAMLI program (which I support 100%—paid leave is essential!) just made a change that’s made things way harder for those of us trying to stay compliant.

⚠️ They’ve discontinued payroll integration with tools like Gusto.
That means: no more automation. No more easy payroll deductions.
It’s now manual entry and manual payments through their portal—every. single. month. 😩

This kind of change puts a real strain on small teams who don’t have full-time HR or accounting departments. What used to take a click is now a whole task on our to-do lists.
