Dangerous heat and humidity will continue through Thursday, with heat index values between 100–110°F. Even as storm chances increase later Thursday, much of the day will remain dangerously hot.
Stay safe:
- Drink plenty of water
- Limit time outdoors during the hottest part of the day
- Check on older adults, neighbors, and anyone without air conditioning
- Never leave children or pets in parked vehicles
