A significant part of my life has been influenced by spirituality, meditation and yoga. Being guided by the universe to travel to India in 2014 to study Ayurveda and seek enlightenment and truth. My healing journey has led me to become a Reiki Master and Integrated Energy Therapy Master. I am extremely passionate about empowering others to transform and heal their own lives using the skills I have acquired. In order for us to truly transform we must look deep within and through forgiveness, gratitude and love we can become whole.
