The Medical College of Georgia has committed to participate in the national Nutrition Education Initiative, becoming the first Georgia-based medical school to join the effort.
The initiative aims to strengthen nutrition education in medical training to better equip future physicians to prevent and manage diet related chronic diseases. Through an enhanced curriculum that spans all four years of medical education, MCG continues its commitment to innovation, excellence in medical education and improving the health of communities across Georgia and beyond.
