One of the main reasons for this trip was to drill a new well in Elukwatini.

This rural community is home to a new church plant with a small but faithful congregation that currently meets in a temporary metal building. Though severe flooding the weeks prior to us being in country changed our schedule, our driller was still able to get this project started!

On a very hot day, under a beautiful sky at the base of the mountain, the drilling began.

We hit water at 80 meters, and by 100 meters there was strong pressure and an abundant supply of water.

This well will serve the church and the surrounding community for years to come.
