6. From 2006 to 2010, Grant served as Vice President and Co-Owner of America’s Sewing Machine Company (ASMC)—the nation’s largest Singer Sewing Machine vendor. He spearheaded nationwide one-day sale events with major retailers including Hancock Fabrics, Kmart, Orscheln Farm & Home, and Dollar General. During this time, he also co-founded Creative Sewing Solutions, a startup brand sold in more than 570 stores nationwide, where he directed advertising, product design, and retail displays. Following the Windsor sale, Grant developed a passion for real estate investment and development. He began with personal investments in commercial properties, then expanded into acquiring and restoring undervalued homes. In 2013, he became a developing partner in The Retreat at Baker’s Place, a 150-home master-planned community in Columbia County. With extensive experience in marketing, sales, development, and investment, Grant made real estate his full-time focus. Today, as Vice President and a licensed Realtor with Meybohm Real Estate, he combines his proven business background with deep market knowledge to deliver more than transactions—he delivers strategy, value, and results.
