Apparo Academy

for children with exceptional educational and medical needs that provides them with the opportunity for immersion and inclusion in the optimal setting for a full-day of education, while receiving their necessary nursing and therapy services from highly trained and licensed therapists. Our program allows for better communication among the classroom teacher and multiple therapy disciplines, thereby providing the child with a more productive whole-child, therapeutic approach to their education. The program is a child-centered, developmentally appropriate program and based on best practices research in Early Childhood Education. Our individualized educational approach meets each child's different and unique needs and interests. Apparo Academy is a non-profit, Christian, preschool for children with special medical and educational needs. It provides a curriculum-based preschool from 8:30 until 2:30, five days a week throughout the year. Children receive speech, feeding, occupational and physical therapy needs during the school day from licensed therapists and their core curriculum from a certified teacher.
