Comment: This word pretty much sums it up, PHENOMENAL!!!! Chuck is absolutely the guy you want to use for a home inspection. He is so detailed oriented and over the top. His inspection report will make you either feel at ease in making the biggest purchase of your life or grateful when he finds issues that would have cost you thousands you weren't expecting! The reports are very detailed, yet easy to understand with the addition of pictures. I was able to walk away from a purchase knowing that was the right decision. I now have made a new purchase and feel relieved knowing there are only minor issue to deal with because Chuck was so detailed in his findings. Since I was out of state at the time of the inspection, Chuck made it easy to do a video call and was able to go over the report and show me the issues. The cost was extremely fair and well worth the price. Chuck is extremely knowledgable is all areas and answered every question I had. He is a pleasure to work with and extremely trustworthy! There is absolutely no reason to look any further, Thanks again Chuck
