|| GRACE - CLASS OF 2026 ||

Just a few weeks ago, Grace and I crossed the graduation stage together at Augusta University.

For years, we sat in the same education classes, stressed over lesson plans, survived observations, and dreamed about the day we’d finally have classrooms of our own.

Now somehow, that day is here.

This fall, we’ll both walk into first-grade classrooms for the very first time, not as students, but as teachers.

Getting to capture this season for one of my best friends was such a full-circle moment. From college lectures and lesson plans to graduation caps and classroom keys, I’ve had the privilege of watching her work toward this goal every step of the way.

Grace, I have no doubt your future students are getting a teacher who will love them well, encourage them daily, and make learning something they’ll always remember.

Here’s to new beginnings, picture books, tiny desks, and the little lives we’re about to impact.
