I just unwrapped my beautiful sourdough bread from and you can see why I immediately purchased it. I was looking for this sourdough bread that I heard that they were selling, but not in my wildest dreams did I imagine it would be so beautiful. Not only is the sourdough bread a prebiotic, but the onion, and the tomatoes are as well! What an amazing treat for me today. Finish it off with a few bites of yogurt and I have the perfect gut healthy lunch! Thank you, Kristi and family!

A hot mess, I know, but this is a delicious gut healthy lunch inspired by the tomato making contest. The probiotics are Parmesan cheese and yogurt, and the pre-biotics are sourdough bread, the tomatoes of course from and , garlic chives and lemon pepper seasoning (no salt and so amazing, by the way).
