Five years ago today, Tropical Storm Elsa moved west of our area. Elsa produced several tornadoes that caused damage and injuries. Fortunately today, the tropics are quiet and look to remain that way for at least the next few weeks!

Very hot temps this week. The Dog Days of Summer are here!

Yesterday, LaGuardia Airport in NYC hit 104°. 🥵 That is Jacksonville’s all-time record hottest temperature! Jax’s hottest so far this year is 98°.

Half way through the year! Enjoy the present moment, as these will be here before we know it. 🙂
