I’ve been tapped to mix up two signature cocktails for an upcoming wedding. Any guesses? 🍸 And, yes, I’ve been off social media (aka The Doomscroll Dimension) for a minute. But, I’m still standing. And, I’m still shaking. Cheers to all of you still out there. I’ve missed your good energy. 👋🏼

Deep gratitude to the people and businesses in Augusta that are helping lift our city up after Hurricane Helene. A cocktail seems like such a simple pleasure, but without refrigeration… it’s simply out of reach. Tonight I raise my glass to Abel Brown Southern Kitchen & Oyster Bar. Faced with their own losses, they haven’t forgotten about the rest of us. Todd and his crew have been trucking in ice for the community. Think that’s no big deal? Try not seeing an ice cube for an entire week. A week with no power. A week with no water. I can assure you it’s an absolute luxury, and I am most grateful. Cheers to you, Todd. Local friends, please support the businesses that are taking care of you during this disaster. I’ll see you all at happy hour real soon. 🧊💝
