Meet our June Resident of the Month: ERIN!

If you've ever wandered through The Augustan and discovered a surprise treat waiting for you, there's a good chance Erin was behind it. Around here, she's affectionately known as our resident baker, keeping neighbors happy one baked good at a time.

When she's not whipping up something delicious, you'll likely find her strolling through Downtown Augusta, hanging out with her cat Pigeon (arguably one of the best pet names ever), or making everyone laugh with her quick wit and sense of humor.

But wait, there's more:

✨ She has an MFA in Fiction from CU Boulder
✨ She runs a literary magazine about food and video games
✨ She plays piano
✨ She can lick her elbow (which apparently makes her part writer, part superhero)

Erin embodies everything we look for in a Resident of the Month. She's engaged in the community, attends resident events, supports The Augustan on social media, shares reviews, and is the kind of neighbor who makes apartment living feel a little more like home.

And since her birthday is June 11, we're convinced being a Gemini explains at least some of her many talents.
