Happy Monday Fam! We wanted to give a congrats (and farewell!) to . Sean has been chasing his dream of becoming a professional wrestler for about ten years now. He recently got signed for and is relocating to Florida 🎉.

Whether your goal is to go pro, get healthy, or stay strong we love to see it.

Today marks 10 years! When we started I3, we had no idea what would happen. We had a vision for a gym that had all the right equipment and a raw, old-school atmosphere. Where we could train hard and have access to all the tools we needed to get stronger and better. We just hoped other people in the community would want the same thing. We were told by numerous people that it was a foolish endeavor. That we were going after too niche of a member base. That we would only last 3-5 years at most.

Well, here we are 10 years later. During that time we have changed a lot. The facility has changed a lot. We have hosted 16+ powerlifting meets. We have had over 10 members earn their IFBB pro cards. We’ve had many others earn their pro cards in other organizations. We have had members set state, national, and world records in powerlifting.

All of that has been amazing, but it wasn’t the best part. The best part was watching the community grow together. Witnessing people’s lives change as a new fire ignited, and they started chasing and reaching new goals.

We just want to say thank you. Thank you to the members who have been here for it all. Thank you to the members who have been part of the family even if for a short time. Thank you to the people who traveled from all over just to get a day pass and train at I3. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey, in any capacity, over the past 10 years.

We will continue to be the place for the people in the CSRA that want to train hard, with the right equipment, and be surrounded by like minded people all driven to get better.

Thank you for all the support. We are excited to see what the next 10 years bring!
