Didn't get enough of volunteering this weekend? Had so much fun you want to do it again? You're in luck, we have spots available on May 4th - 5th. Come help us get 80 runners 100 miles around Folsom Lake!
Most in need shifts:
Rattlesnake boat ramp May 4th 5:30am - 9:30am (captain needed)
Skunk Hollow May 4th 10:30pm - May 5th 6:00am (bring your friends for a fun overnight!)
Browns Ravine May 4th 8pm - midnight
Course Marking - May 2nd - 3rd
These are the most needed positions but please feel free to sign up for any other shift that may work for your schedule. Thank you for your consideration. We know the high demand of volunteers these days and you are truly appreciated. Free shirts and parking for those that are able to print out the parking pass that we will provide via email.

RUNNERS
It’s not to late. Come spend up to 34 hours with us for the 100 mile, 16 hours for 54 miles and 6 hours for 20 miles!

VOLUNTEERS
If you aren’t running we would love to have more volunteers. This is a busy time of year and we truly appreciate everyone’s participation! We are proud to announce that we have chosen to help raise money for The Upper Room Dining Hall in Placerville California. Some proceeds of the Folsom 100 will be donated to this wonderful organization. They have a goal to purchase a food delivery truck to serve those in need of a meal. This is a great cause, and we hope that you will visit their website to make donations as well.
