Here's part of the Sheppard Envelope team on the DCU Center ice after a recent sell-out game. The Worcester Railers HC played the Maine Mariners, who won the game, 3-1. The atmosphere was electric before the puck ever hit the ice. In addition to seeing some good hockey, everyone came away with a Railers hat.

For all of his achievements, let it be known far and wide, that John J. Asselta, Jr. is hereby accepted as a Fellow into the Sheppard Envelope Hall of Fame.

John joined us as an employee 51 years ago, and apprenticed in the cutting department. Subsequently he became the lead adjuster on the A/S web folding machine which we designed and built to run our Boomerang Two-Way Envelope (which was invented and patented by Brook Spaulding).

John never missed a day of work. John never had a sick day. He was an exemplary employee throughout his tenure here.

Thank you, John. And congratulations on your retirement!
