Somewhat Fishy

The first of the two days at the Smyrna Handmade Christmas Market was awesome! So many wonderful customers.
One does stand out: a nice lady (not the person pictured!) approached my scarf display, with a “searching” sort of look in her eyes. And then she spotted it: the olive leaf wrap in green with the textured leaf pattern. She told me she’d seen and loved it LAST YEAR at the Christmas Market, and had thought about it ever since. I was truly moved, offered her a discount, as this was the most expensive knitted item at my booth.

She took a stroll around the entire market to think about it. Didn’t want to be too quick to make a descision? 😄

Finally, the happy ending: she came back, bought the wrap and carried it home.
Not an impulse buyer. 💝
