Bella's Weekly Recipe
The best celebrations rarely need a reservation.
Thick rounds of eggplant, tossed with olive oil, Wild Oregano & Sage Salt, and a pinch of chili, then grilled until charred and tender. Layered onto toasted ciabatta with sliced feta, a handful of greens, and a generous spread of Sun-dried Tomato & Basil Bruschetta on both sides. The bruschetta is what makes it, doing the work a whole stack of condiments usually can't.
The loaf slices into wedges to share, and it travels well for a picnic. With Father's Day coming, this is an easy one to plan around. Less effort than a reservation, and better than most of them.
