William’s first course of study was Audio Engineering in New York City but soon realized that he was a natural entrepreneur and therefore decided to pursue a business degree at PACE University, again in New York City. William understands the need for unique real estate representation and today, as an agent with Georgia Dream Homes Realty, he couldn't ask for a better job. "It’s a great feeling to live and work in an area with so many real estate opportunities. I've lived in GA for 15 years, and every day I gain a greater appreciation for all that this state has to offer", he says. As a full-time agent William's approach to real estate is focused around getting to know his clients and their needs, as best possible, and taking care of them, as best possible, from beginning to end. His motto is “if I don’t believe in it then I can’t sell it” and he believes in and gets great fulfillment out of being able to put his all into helping people make the best decisions with their real estate investments. William currently resides in Gwinnett County, GA and is thrilled to be a part of the projected growth of the real estate market in Atlanta and the Atlanta metropolitan area.
