I'm Gena Golden, a licensed
psychotherapist, certified hypnotherapist, and coach. Over the years, l've worked with countless women who appeared strong on the outside while quietly struggling with self-doubt, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and the pressure to constantly prove themselves.
My work integrates liberation psychology, culturally responsive care, mindfulness, somatic practices, and neuroscience-informed approaches to support healing, selt-trust, and personal growth.
