Neuroplasticity is something you need to understand if you are trying to make changes in anything in your life from behavior, sports, playing and instrument or learning a language etc.
Research has shown that it takes between 90-144 days of continuous practice to ingrain a new behavior,technique, learn a new language or adapt to a new motion before the brain is firmly wired in.

Until then it takes motivation, self discipline, tenacity & will power to follow through on that new behavior you are trying to ingrain.

Wind will be between 6.1 mph to 16.4 mph today the number 1 thing to control is how you react to the situations. React but don't over react.
Wind can affect your golf game in a number of ways, but it should not add more than 1-3 strokes to be honest if you know how to react and have a system in place.
