I just finished presenting a 2 hour training to 43 Education Leaders on Communication & Leadership.

Although most know me for our launches and marketing, since the 2000 teens, I’ve been scaling businesses and consulting, and leadership and communication are essential in building team and scaling businesses.

Good leaders often have good relationships in life.

Because they understand responding vs reacting…

… verbal and nonverbal communication…

… listening to needs and triggers and responding with empathy and direction…

… and advancing up the ladder from being in charge to people being in your charge, and guiding those people towards success.

Leaders take pride in their team getting all the praise, and recognize they’ll get all the blame if things don’t go smoothly.

This is one of my favorite trainings to give because there’s such potential for personal growth.

And, I love digging deep into my background in psychology to help move people forward in business.

My favorite part: telling them the team building activity was to split into groups of 4 and “blow our own horns”, talking about something we’ve done that we’re proud of.

After the mix of morning and laughing, they began sharing and pointing out to others the strengths they saw in them✨
