So many companies have tried to take my fried chicken recipe and techniques without giving me anything but a pat on the back.

This is what happens when we give away our talents. No acknowledgement, No respect, straight claiming it's theirs.

They will even tell lies, about how there ancestors or grandparents created these flavors, and techniques.

As a Chef I sometimes get frustrated with the way people talk about food around the world.

Where do you thing flavor came from?

How many black chefs are recognized for there work.

How many black chefs have worked for others.... Just to leave behind there recipes, and techniques. Only for others to claim credit, awards, and BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
