TITLE: Upscale Dining Server

GENERAL SUMMARY: Smithsons Staffing Solutions is seeking Upscale Dining Servers to be the face of Culinary Services and responsible for our Clients’ experience. Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. Server is to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract Clients.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

1. Able to Memorize entire fine dining menu

2. Delegated role of cleaning tables immediately after party leaves

3. Oversee helping the team as a whole

4. Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products

5. Collaborate with other servers and kitchen/ bar staff

6. Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude

7. Comfortable with working with large dining crowds (upwards of 300 people)

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Proven restaurant serving or waiter experience

2. Attention to cleanliness and safety

3. Patience and customer-oriented approach

4. Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude

5. Responsible and trustworthy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Smithsons is looking for experienced servers. Applicant must have:

* Minimum 1 Year serving experience
*Must be willing to be ServSafe Certified
working in a fast-paced environment
* Must have great customer service skills
* Must be willing to work a full-time schedule.
* MUST be available to work Tuesday-Sunday
