He has appeared playing guitar and/or singing on films such as Pitch Perfect 3, The Change Up, What to Expect When You're Expecting, Boy Erased, Come Sunday, A Question of Faith, and the television shows, The Vampire Diaries, The Baker and the Beauty, and American Soul, with live performances on a variety of television programs such as AtlantaLive. His latest album titled, Merry Christmas, release
d in November of 2021, with his single, The Greatest Gift, reaching #6 on the Top Christian 20 PlayMPE national charts. He was nominated for three Native American Music Awards in 2022 (winning results happen in November 2022) and again in 2018. His music video, Coming Home, won an award at the Emerald Coast Film Festival. He had a song selected on a benefit album featuring Peter Frampton, the Spin Doctors, and 7Mary3, among others. Constantly growing in style, Hawk's working on a new album to be released in Fall of 2022, with the first single, Running on Empty, releasing worldwide on May 2nd. His previous album, Overcome, mixes spiritual overtones with Southern Melodic Rock, Native American, Americana, and Country-Fried, Faith-Based sounds reminiscent of David Crowder, Johnny Cash, Keith Urban, Zach Williams, Need to Breathe and Matchbox Twenty. With an organic blend of guitars, keys, percussion, mandolin, harmonica, and Native American flute, Hawk delivers original, melodic, spiritual truths to encourage and inspire others. Hawk plays all the instruments on the album and produced the tracks himself.
