I believe in doing the work, trusting the process, and speaking life over my vision before I see the results.

A lot of people want to be called the boss…
But they don’t want to work like the employee.

One thing I learned building my business is this: before you can lead, you have to learn how to serve.

In my restaurants, there’s nothing I won’t do.
Bust tables.
Prep food.
Expo orders.
Make waffles.
Help customers.

I may own the business, but I’ll never act like I’m too big to work in it.

Too many people start businesses thinking ownership means sitting back doing nothing. That mindset will humble you quick. Real bosses understand every part of their business because they were willing to work every position first.

Even when I was doing hair, I started by serving people. Cleaning up. Talking to customers. Learning the process. That’s how you build something real.

People are shocked when they see me working. They say, “I thought you worked here, I didn’t know you owned it.” And honestly… that’s the point.

Leadership isn’t about titles.
It’s about service.

Manifest the business, the success, and the lifestyle you want… but understand this: manifestation without work means nothing. You gotta be willing to put your hands in it.
