PPF Integrated

PPF Integrated is a fitness program that encompasses the involvement of all children! The program focuses on gross motor, core strengthening, flexibility and mobility as well as many other aspects of functional fitness. Each individual can partake in a valuable life skill such as fitness working at their own functioning level. We strive to provide a well rounded fitness program to every individual no matter what their ability is!
