In our ignorance, some of us have forgotten that we have needs. In our pride, others of us refuse to need. All the while, we are still in need. We can NEVER be healed if we’re looking for healing but don’t even know our illness. Start with asking the question!

Have you ever felt like, "I should have this down packed by now?" I know I have. But I had to learn to give myself permission to not know, to unlearn, and to relearn what I thought I should already know. So, it's ok. . . keep learning how to be your best self every day of your life, because that's how you live your best life!
