We spent a lovely morning at Wolf Mountain Vineyards for their delicious brunch! We were treated to a bottle of Blanc De Blanc. Which now has won a prestigious San Francisco International Wine Competition award “Best of Show - Double Gold Medal” with 95 points. Wolf Mountain Vineyard’s Proprietor and Winemaker Karl Boegner’s said this “As we approach our 25th year, we continue to be honored in California with many gold and best-in-class awards for our 100% Dahlonega Plateau-produced wines. Most recently, the San Francisco International Wine Competition honored us with not only the best in class for our Blanc de Blancs Brut, sparkling wine but also best in show, which to my knowledge has not been given to an East Coast winery in a sparkling wine category. Our estate grown and produced Claret has also won the best in class with 97 points”. We were delighted to hear the good news. Go check them out!
