As a lens inherently has a specific depth of field, the only way to "cheat" that limitation is to stack multiple image files. This photo is a composite of 150 Nikon RAW files stacked using Helicon Focus. There is no post manipulation other than minor sharpening.

The creative process involves a custom made shooting box with a blacked out interior to avoid any image movement; ensures a black background to further enhance the depth.
