My focus of specialization involves the use of dance movement therapy treatment interventions for learning disabilities, impulse control disorders, trauma, and abuse, mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma and chronic pain. Such techniques include play and expressive choreography, coaching developmental re-patterning exercises, and teaching mindfulness/relaxation techniques for body awareness and emotional regulation. I see clients in a clean studio space with no pets for comfort, safety and complete privacy.
