Last week, Sam was immersed in an intensive training experience at Merrithew® headquarters, taking the next step in her professional journey as an educator.
Instructor Trainer School is designed for experienced instructors who are interested in teaching and mentoring the next generation of STOTT PILATES® professionals. Participants spend the week refining their technical knowledge, teaching skills, observation abilities, communication strategies, and understanding of the STOTT PILATES® methodology.

It’s a challenging and rewarding process that requires a deep commitment to both the art and science of teaching movement.
