This rear window on a 1995 Pontiac Trans Am Firebird is the perfect example of why we charge hourly for tint removal.

From the outside, it doesn’t look like a difficult job. In reality, removing the old tint and adhesive from this rear glass took us almost an entire day.

When older tint starts to fail, it often comes off in tiny pieces, leaving stubborn adhesive behind. Add in the rear defroster lines that need to be protected, and the process becomes slow, detailed work that can’t be rushed.

While we’re spending hours on one vehicle, that’s time we can’t dedicate to other customers, which is why hourly pricing is the fairest way to handle tint removal.
