Meet Madison Midtown.

Once home to a Sears Roebuck, this site near Melbourne Airport has been completely reimagined into a vibrant multifamily community designed for everyday life. Madison Midtown brings new energy to the area with seven thoughtfully designed buildings, including five four-story residential buildings with enclosed, climate-controlled corridors, a garage building with integrated mini-storage, and a 6,824 SF clubhouse.

The clubhouse is where it all comes together - leasing offices, a mailroom, conference room, clubroom, and a large fitness center, all opening out to a resort-style pool and amenity space built to be the heart of the community.

GF provided full architectural services for Madison at Midtown, our third completed project with Inlet Properties and Madison Communities. We’re excited to see this transformation take shape and can’t wait to share more as the community comes to life.
